Make Your Own Calendar

Welcome once again!

You'd be surprised how many people don't know
dates of important holidays.
This make it yourself calendar will help your children learn how many days are in a month, important holidays and dates, as well as times and seasons.
Children fill in the day numbers, holidays, seasons, birthdays, and other special days.
Do a calendar page with the changing of each month.
This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions.

What month is this? (January)
This month is the first month of the year.
How many days are in this month?
What holidays do we celebrate in this month?
What can we expect the weather to be like this month?
What season does this month fall under?

There are many other questions you can add to make
 this a great learning experience.

I hope you enjoy this download and find it useful.
The Lord's best be yours.

YOU DID AN AWESOME JOB ON THIS!!
THANK YOU. WE USE CALENDERS EVERY MONTH IN OUR HOMESCHOOL TO WRITE DOWN HISTORICAL EVENTS OR FAMOUS BIRTHDAYS,FAMILY BIRTHDAYS OR ANNIVERSARIES.EACH CHILD GETS THEIR OWN.THEN IF THEY ARE GOOD ON THAT DAY THEY GET A STICKER OR SOME KIND OF MARK. AT THE END OF THE MONTH THEY GET PUT INTO A DRAWING (IF ALL DATES HAVE STICKERS)TO BE STUDENT OF THE MONTH.
